Worship

The Worship Ministry supports the ministry staff and the public worship of the church by recruiting people to serve both publicly and behind-the-scenes and bringing together the parts of public worship so they function smoothly.

This includes coordinating the Sunday morning service by:

1) scheduling men and women to lead prayers, read scripture, give the communion meditation during worship, and make announcements

2) training in these areas

3) leading a devotional for participants before the service

4) arranging for preparation of communion trays

For Wednesday night, this ministry arranges for speakers and topics, and coordinates the regular first-Wednesday singing.
