Idea :: "Accountability Partners" (James Thomas)

In our study, the material we use suggested that in an area you are working on you get someone that will hold you accountable for growing in this area. Instead of members of the group asking other group members to be their partner, I challenged the group to seek a partner that was not a member of the group.
